Users are now able to block or remove matches at any time. They can do so on the chat screen, on another’s user’s profile or by contacting the platform’s support team.

After blocking another user, they can give feedback on their reasons, for example if a profile was spam, offensive, inappropriate, underage, etc. These reports are then assessed by the support team for potential bans or warnings.
